My name is Andy Clements, I’ve been a personal trainer and body transformation coach for over a decade helping busy, overworked and overstressed women finally take control of their own health, fitness and energy levels by losing weight and getting healthy.

Now I’m packaging all of that knowledge, experience and expertise up and launching my first ever over 40 women’s only body transformation programme.

During this programme, you’ll join a community of like-minded ladies in our private facility on Wheatley Hall Road in Doncaster.

We don’t offer classes of 30 or 40 people per session, we keep our groups small, tight knit and personal. That’s why every session is capped at a maximum of 8 ladies per session. Our aim is to bridge the gap between big classes and private 1-1 personal training sessions, we keep the community and atmosphere of the large group, while maintaining the personal, tailored service that makes 1-1 PT so valuable.

Our approach rests on four key pillars:

  • Fitness

  • Nutrition

  • Lifestyle

  • Accountability

It’s essential you hit all four of these areas to achieve a body transformation that stops you hiding behind the baggy clothes and being so embarrassed about the shape of your body. It’s like a chair, if you remove one of the legs the whole thing will collapse. Over the next 6 weeks, we’re going to dive deep into each of these pillars and give you only the most effective and proven strategies to drop the body fat, regain your self-confidence and fit into those slimmer clothes again in time for Christmas.

We are specifically looking for women who are serious about dropping those stubborn lbs, revitalising their health and wellbeing and rediscovering the energy and vitality of their younger years. However…

  • You aren’t willing to make any changes to your lifestyle

  • You expect to put zero effort in and still get results

  • You don’t like being part of a group of like-minded women pushing to achieve the same goal

Nathan Walton-Williams

This is Nathan’s 12 week results. Now, obviously, Nathan was in decent nick before we started. So this isn’t the most eye-catching transformation you’ll ever see. But he came to me in March looking to build some muscle without adding much body fat and without compromising his competitive swimming performance.
Since then, he’s added 6.5lbs, not added much fat (at least I don’t think so, you be the judge), won multiple regional races, set swimming PBs and is a decent amount stronger. This is all on just 3 gym sessions a week.
He’s been hella consistent with everything I’ve asked him to do, and worked unbelievably hard. For a lad of 21, well, he puts me to shame that’s for sure.
