Small Group Personal Training In Doncaster
Group personal training at DC Personal Training is unlike most of the group training you may have seen, or even tried before.
Our group personal training sessions are intimate, personal, and private – in our PT only gym in Tickhill, Doncaster.
We keep our small groups small – having a maximum of three people to each session. Why? Because we believe that in a group larger than three, you aren’t able to get the time and attention you need from your personal trainer to make the session truly valuable, challenging and effective. This isn’t an exercise class. This is a personal training session.
What’s more – is the sessions are only part of the package. As standard with all of our group sessions, we offer nutritional support, lifestyle advice, recipe books, exercise tutorial videos and a private Facebook community for no extra charge.
Don’t worry if you don’t have two friends willing to come and do this with you – once you sign up we’ll pair you with people who are close to your fitness and experience level, and we have separate sessions for men only and women only.

So, yeah. There’s a lot included in our private personal training packages. As you can see, this is a lot more than just a coaching programme where the coach gives you a cookie cutter diet and training plan and says “thanks very much for the money”. We’re a little different here.
Our personal training packages cover everything you need to focus on in order to lose body fat and transform your body in immense detail. But just as importantly, we make it clear that anything outside of these factors is a complete distraction and waste of your time. We make sure you stop getting pulled off course by fad diets, useless supplements or ineffective workout plans. We give you the blueprint, then we help you implement it. It’s that simple.

What Sets Us Apart?
Look, I get it.
Personal trainers are everywhere these days. You can’t log onto social media without seeing some barely out-of-school kid trying to strongarm you into his bootcamp by showing you his abs under *just the right lighting* (how many takes do you think that photo took?)
So I understand that you’re probably not gonna automatically trust this random dude you’ve found on Google.
That’s why I want to take you through exactly how we’re different to the rest here. So what sets us apart?
Well, for starters, we have our own, private, state of the art facility. That’s right, no queuing for machines, no last minute changes to the plan because something’s being used or it’s out of order, no weirdos constantly looking over at you. We can tailor our programmes specifically based on what’s best for your body, circumstances, needs and goals, not what we’re able to do at busy times in a gym.
Secondly, this isn’t my first rodeo. I’ve been training men & women in Doncaster for over 10 years, helping them drop those stubborn lbs, build some lean muscle and get their confidence back.
