What It’s Like to Be Part of DC Personal Training’s Ladies Only Community…

At DC Personal Training, we build our ladies only group specifically around what women aged 40-70 need at their phase of life. We don’t train 21 year olds, scream and shout at you or ask you to do crazy “Hyrox” style workouts. We coach you intelligently through what you need to achieve a healthier, stronger and fitter body for the rest of your life.

Here’s how we achieve that:

Small, Friendly Sessions

Exercise is pivotal to creating long-lasting health and body image benefits. But we’ve all been to gyms in the past that are boring, intimidating or just confusing.

Our programme introduces a carefully balanced blend of strength training and fitness work that’s built around you.

We deliver this through our expertly coached small group personal training sessions. These sessions have a maximum of 8-10 women. These aren’t big, busy, intimidating bootcamps where you’ll get lost and ignored at the back of the room. They are personal training sessions built with you in mind.

Our smaller capacity sessions allows our expert coaches to provide the help and support you need throughout the entire session. No one gets missed and no one gets left behind. You never need to worry if you’re doing it right or not – because we’ll show you exactly what to do and help you correct it if you go wrong.

There’s no judgment in these sessions. Everyone is in the same boat, and we’ll be working out in our private facility just off Wheatley Hall Road in Doncaster.

Help With Nutrition

We’ve all seen enough of the crash diets and rabbit food approaches to last us more than one lifetime. That isn’t what we’re about here at DC Personal Training.

We employ an educational approach – to help you learn how to build out not just a diet, but a way of eating that lasts you a lifetime.

Inside our 6-Week Foundations Programme, we teach you the fundamentals of building out a nutritional lifestyle that you can sustain for the rest of your life.

We don’t expect you to learn it all on day one, which is why we deliver this in a gradual, step-by-step format so you can make small changes, see results, and then feel motivated to push on even further at your own pace.

Coaching & Support

Over the last 12 years of coaching women over 40 – I’ve come to realise there’s two main reasons they don’t have the health and body shape they’d like:

  1. A lack of understanding of what to do
  2. A lack of motivation to get it done

We cover both areas in our 6-Week Foundations Programme.

Firstly, we have four main foundational courses for you to work through in your first 6-weeks, so you can level up your knowledge and have a thorough understanding of what your body needs during this phase of your life. These courses are on nutrition, fitness, stress and sleep. The four fundamental pillars of women’s health.

Our courses are easy to understand, and most importantly, easy to implement into your life.

Secondly, we have a dedicated support team on hand throughout your 6-week programme and beyond to make sure you stick to your programme and get the results you’re coming here for.

We’ll be on the phone with you three times as a minimum over the course of your first 6 weeks, helping you to build out a strategy for your goals, stay on track regardless of what happens in your life, and progress beyond where you’d ever dreamed of getting.

Simple, Transparent Pricing

We keep things simple and flexible, depending on what level of support you’re looking for.

Most of our members start with a short-term programme to build confidence and routine, before moving into ongoing monthly support.

Our initial 6 week programme options range between £200-300 as a one off cost. After that, you have the option of moving to the ongoing monthly support.

Typically, our monthly programmes range between:

£100–£250 per month, depending on how often you attend and the level of support you choose.

We’ll talk through what’s right for you during your call — there’s no pressure, just clarity.
