My name is Andy Clements, and for the last 10 years I’ve made it my life’s work to not only help Doncaster men & women to get in the best shape of their lives, but to give them the tools to stay there for life.

This year I’ve opened my own fully private personal training facility in Doncaster to help you look, feel and move your best in a private, comfortable and state-of-the-art environment.

My private PT only gym is called DC Personal Training, and our mission is to not only get you in the best shape of your life, but to give you the tools to be able to stay there for the rest of your life without constantly needing a personal trainer, coach or nutritionist to tell you what to do.

After over a decade in this industry it’s been impossible not to notice the abundance of poor or distinctly average standard of personal training. It’s always seemed to me like a poor service the majority of times, and a service I wouldn’t be happy to pay for.

That’s why I structure my business at two things:

  1. Getting you the best possible results in the time frame we have together
  2. Providing you with the best possible service I’m capable of giving.

I consider it my duty to go above and beyond the norms of the basic fitness professional to make sure you achieve exactly what you’re aiming for – whether that’s adding muscle, losing fat, getting fitter, stronger or just generally looking and feeling better.

You don’t need to be an athlete or even have ever stepped in a gym before to work with me, in fact I often get the best results from absolute beginners – but my only requirement is this: You’re willing to put in the work to get the results.
